SALINAS LSX GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Salinas LSX Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is governed by these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Shopify, Google, Apple, or any other social media or technology platform.

The Sponsor is solely responsible for administering the Sweepstakes unless otherwise stated in these Official Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, owners, representatives, agents and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor and any individuals or companies directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes are not eligible.
Eligibility is subject to verification by the Sponsor.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins: August 23, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT
and ends: September 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT
Except as expressly provided for mail-in entries in Section 5, entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
The Sponsor’s computer or sweepstakes administration system will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may receive entries through the methods described below.
Method 1: Eligible Purchases
Eligible purchases made through salinaslsx.com during the Sweepstakes Period will receive the number of entries displayed on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.
Entry amounts may vary by eligible product or promotion as disclosed before purchase.
Eligible products receive the specific number of entries displayed on their respective product pages.
Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, gift cards and other non-qualifying amounts DO NOT count toward entry calculations.
Entries associated with canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent or charged-back transactions may be voided.
Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry
No purchase is required. See Section 5 below.
5. MAIL-IN ENTRY
No Purchase Necessary – Mail-in Method of Entry
To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, on a plain 3″ x 5″ card or piece of paper, legibly hand-print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), email address, and daytime telephone number including area code.
Mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with proper first-class postage affixed to:

The outer mailing envelope must include a valid, legible return address containing the entrant’s complete first and last name and mailing address. Mail-in entries received without a complete and verifiable return address may be deemed incomplete and invalid.
Limit: one (1) mail-in envelope per person per day. Each envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments, including multiple entries enclosed or mailed together in a single package or outer envelope, will not be accepted.
The mail-in entry and outer mailing envelope must be handwritten by the entrant only. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, automated, or third-party-prepared entries are not permitted. Entrants may not use a third-party organization, sweepstakes entry service, or other person to prepare or submit mail-in entries on their behalf.
Each valid mail-in envelope that complies with all requirements above will count as fifteen (15) Sweepstakes entries.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 19, 2026 and received by September 23, 2026 to be eligible for the drawing. The winner will be selected and announced LIVE on Instagram at 5pm pacific time Instagram@salinaslsswaps on September 24, 2026.
Mail-in entries that do not comply with the format and requirements specified above, or that are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, improperly addressed, reproduced, submitted with insufficient postage, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules, may be deemed invalid, subject to applicable law.
Proof of mailing or submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for mail-in entries that are lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, returned to sender, submitted with insufficient postage, not properly postmarked or processed by the U.S. Postal Service, or not received by the applicable deadline.
All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence regarding mail-in entries will be acknowledged. Requests for confirmation of receipt or the number of mail-in entries credited will not be acknowledged.
Entries properly submitted through the No Purchase Necessary mail-in method of entry will be included in the random drawing with all other eligible Sweepstakes entries in accordance with these Official Rules.
Entries submitted through the mail-in method of entry will not be subjected to any disadvantage in the winner selection process compared with eligible entries obtained through a purchase.
6. ENTRY LIMITS
There is no maximum number of eligible Sweepstakes entries an entrant may receive during the Sweepstakes Period, provided all entries are obtained in accordance with these Official Rules.
Each entrant may participate only in their own name and may not use multiple identities, accounts, email addresses, mailing addresses, false or misleading information, automated systems, bots, scripts, third-party entry services, or any other method designed to manipulate, circumvent, or abuse the entry process.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify an entrant or void entries that the Sponsor reasonably determines were obtained through fraud, manipulation, automation, misrepresentation, or violation of these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.
For mail-in entries, all requirements in Section 5 apply, including the limit of one (1) mail-in envelope per person per day and the requirement that each qualifying entry be completed by the entrant and mailed individually.
7. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
GRAND PRIZE: 540 HP Fully Rebuilt 6.2L Iron Block LS Engine
This fully rebuilt LS started life as a 6.0L iron block and was bored out to 6.2 liters for added displacement and performance. Putting down 540 HP, this build features a BTR Stage 4 cam, .660 dual valve springs, upgraded trunnion rockers, 317 heads, FAST intake manifold, FiTech 102mm drive-by-wire throttle body, 55 lb injectors, FiTech EFI ECM + complete harness, and a Wegner Automotive front drive pulley system.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $9,500, excluding standard freight shipping provided by Sponsor.
Where the prize is described in advertising as “turnkey,” that term means the engine is delivered as a complete assembly including only the components listed above. Installation, tuning/dyno services, transmission, vehicle, and any item not expressly listed as included are not included.
Only the components specifically identified as included in the prize are included. Any item, accessory, installation service, transmission, vehicle, tuning, labor or component not expressly listed as included is excluded.
The prize is awarded AS IS, subject to any written warranty specifically provided with the prize.
No cash alternative is available except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
ENGINE USE AND RESPONSIBILITY
The Grand Prize engine is awarded AS IS, subject only to any written warranty expressly provided by Sponsor.
Once the Grand Prize has been delivered to and accepted by the verified winner, the winner assumes responsibility for the proper installation, operation, maintenance, tuning, and use of the engine.
Sponsor is not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for damage occurring after delivery resulting from improper installation, improper tuning, overheating, lack of lubrication, improper fuel, misuse, abuse, neglect, racing, modification, failure to follow applicable operating or maintenance requirements, or any other improper use of the engine.
Any installation, tuning, modification, repair, maintenance, or operation performed by the winner or any third party after delivery is at the winner’s own risk.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Sponsor will provide standard freight shipping of the Grand Prize at no cost to the verified winner to a valid delivery address within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
FREE SHIPPING IS LIMITED TO THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and locations outside the United States is not included.
The winner must provide a valid delivery address and cooperate with Sponsor and the freight carrier regarding reasonable delivery arrangements. Delivery method, timing, and location will be determined based on carrier availability and accessibility of the delivery address.
Unless expressly included by Sponsor, special delivery services, including inside delivery, liftgate service, storage fees, redelivery fees, or other additional freight services requested by or resulting from the winner, are the winner’s responsibility.
The winner is responsible for installation, compatibility, maintenance, insurance, registration, transportation, or other expenses not specifically stated as included with the prize.
9. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Clean Sweep from among all eligible entries received.
The drawing is scheduled for September 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time and is expected to be broadcast live on Instagram at @salinaslsswaps
10. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Each eligible entry included in the drawing has an equal chance of being selected.
11. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number associated with the selected entry.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return the following:
- Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility
- Liability Release
- Publicity Release
- IRS Form W-9
- Prize Acceptance Documentation
- Other documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility
The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the Sponsor’s first notification attempt.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected.
A participant is not an official winner until eligibility has been verified and Sponsor has confirmed the participant as the winner.
12. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
After verification, the winner may be announced through:

- Salinas LSX social media accounts
- Other official Salinas LSX communication channels
Salinas LSX will never require a winner to pay a fee to claim the prize.
13. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and receipt of the prize.
Where required by law, the Sponsor may issue the winner an IRS Form 1099 or other applicable tax documentation based on the value of the prize.
The winner should consult their own tax professional regarding any tax obligations resulting from receipt of the prize.
14. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS
Entries associated with an order that is canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, charged back or determined to be fraudulent may be canceled or voided to the extent permitted by law and these Official Rules.
A participant may not initiate fraudulent transactions or purchases for the purpose of obtaining entries.
Nothing in this section affects valid entries obtained through the free Alternate Method of Entry.
15. FRAUD AND ENTRY MANIPULATION
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably determined to have:
- Provided false information
- Used multiple identities to circumvent entry limits
- Used automated entry systems, scripts or bots
- Manipulated or attempted to manipulate the Sweepstakes
- Committed payment fraud or fraudulent chargebacks
- Interfered with the operation or security of the Sweepstakes
- Violated these Official Rules
Sponsor may void entries determined to have resulted from fraud, technical manipulation or other prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law.
16. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, video and prize-related content for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
17. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, advertising and promotional partners and sweepstakes administrators from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
18. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries resulting from technical failures, internet outages, website errors, platform failures or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
If the Sweepstakes cannot operate as intended because of fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before the disruption.
19. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with the Salinas LSX Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Information necessary to administer the Sweepstakes may be used for eligibility verification, winner notification, fraud prevention and prize fulfillment.
Participation in the Sweepstakes does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing email or text messages where separate consent is required by law.
Any optional marketing consent will be obtained separately where required.
20. SOCIAL MEDIA AND PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Shopify, Google, Apple or any other social media, ecommerce or technology platform.
By entering, participants acknowledge that these platforms are not responsible for administration of the Sweepstakes or fulfillment of the prize.
21. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually and not through a class action, to the extent such limitation is permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section eliminates any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
22. OFFICIAL RULES
These Official Rules govern the Sweepstakes.
If information contained in an advertisement, social media post, product page, email or other promotional material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and resolve issues concerning administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
23. WINNER INFORMATION
Following verification, the official winner will be posted at: salinaslsx.com
Winner information will be posted on or about September 26, 2026, after the potential winner’s eligibility has been verified and all required prize acceptance documentation has been completed.
Winner information may remain available for: at least thirty (30) days.
