NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. A free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) is available as described below.

ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to win.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD
Each Giveaway begins and ends on the dates listed on the individual Giveaway page.
Entries submitted outside the published Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible entries may be received by:
• Purchasing eligible Giveaway Passes
• Purchasing eligible merchandise
• Using the Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
Entry values are displayed on each eligible product page.
FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
No purchase is required.
To receive free entries, complete the Alternate Method of Entry according to the instructions provided on this page.
All AMOE entries must be received before the Giveaway closes.
WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using ViralSweep or another independent sweepstakes platform.
The drawing will occur after the Giveaway closes.
All decisions are final.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided during entry.
If the selected winner cannot be reached or fails to complete the required paperwork within the stated timeframe, another winner may be selected.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Winners may be announced:
• On the official Salinas LSX website
• On the official Salinas LSX YouTube channel
• On Salinas LSX social media accounts
Salinas LSX will never ask winners to pay money to claim a prize.
PRIZE
The prize is the item displayed on the Giveaway page.
Salinas LSX reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prizes are awarded "AS IS."
TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.
FRAUD
Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or fraudulently enter the Giveaway may result in immediate disqualification.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false information, automated entries, or any attempt to interfere with the Giveaway may result in permanent disqualification from future promotions.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Salinas LSX, its owners, employees, sponsors, affiliates, Shopify, ViralSweep, Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and any related companies from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize grants Salinas LSX permission to use the winner's name, city, state, photographs, video, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
PRIVACY
Information collected during entry is subject to the Salinas LSX Privacy Policy and is used only for administering the Giveaway, marketing communications, and customer service.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Shopify, Google, Apple, or any other social media platform.
DISPUTES
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Participants agree that any legal action relating to the Giveaway shall be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
