30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories (if applicable)
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
HOW TO START A RETURN

- Your order number
- Your name
- The reason for your return
- Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item, damaged item, or defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Salinas LSX is not responsible for lost return shipments.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads and PDF guides
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Installed or used automotive parts
- Clearance or final sale items
- Giveaway entries after the giveaway has ended
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital guide sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once a digital download has been delivered or accessed.
GIVEAWAY PRODUCTS
Products that include promotional giveaway entries may be eligible for cancellation only before the applicable giveaway closes.
Once the giveaway has ended or a winner has been selected, no refunds will be issued for giveaway-related purchases, except where required by law.

ENGINE SALES
Due to the nature of custom-built and performance engines, all engine sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
If an engine arrives damaged during shipping, contact us immediately so that we can assist with the shipping claim process.
Any applicable engine warranty is separate from this Refund Policy.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size, color, or product, we recommend requesting a return (if eligible) and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for us to inspect your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process if eligible.
